1. Return, refund and exchange
1.1 All goods sold on the platform are applicable to Dcshopee Easy 7-Day Return or 14-Day Easy Return, depending on the goods sold ("Return Policy"). 1.2 Buyers can apply to return the purchased goods to Dcshopee or the seller by filling in the online return form in exchange for replacement or refund. 1.3 The buyer can only apply for return under the following circumstances:

1.4 Despite the provisions of Article 7.3 above, except for the "change of mind" requirement, formula milk products can be returned. Buyers need to ensure that the product is unopened, otherwise they will not accept returns.

1.7 Questions and complaints about returns

2 Cargo risks and property
2.2 The risk of damage or loss of the goods shall be transferred to the buyer at the time of delivery or if the buyer fails to receive the goods by mistake, that is, when Dcshopee delivers the goods.
2.3 Notwithstanding the delivery and risk transfer of the goods or any other provisions of these conditions, the property of the goods shall not be transferred to the buyer until Dcshopee has received the full price of the goods and the cash or liquidation funds for all payments. 3 Termination

4 Guarantee and remedial measures

5 Responsibility

6 Average

6.6 Any person who is not a party to the contract (including any employee, official representative or subcontractor of any party) has no right to enforce any terms in the contract expressly or implicitly conferring benefits on that person, unless the parties agree in writing in advance, the agreement Must refer to Article 3.3 of these conditions.
6.7 This contract is governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the buyer agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, as specified in Article 12.9 below.
