2. Contract basis

2.1 The platform provides places and opportunities for the sale of goods between buyers and sellers (collectively referred to as the "two parties"). 2.2 The buyer places an order on the platform to purchase the goods sold by Dcshopee and Dcshopee has accepted it, which constitutes a contract directly signed by the buyer and Dcshopee. On the other hand, if the buyer places an order on the platform to purchase goods sold by a third-party supplier, and the third-party supplier has accepted the order, it constitutes a contract directly signed between the buyer and the supplier. 2.5 Any typographical or other errors or omissions in any quotations, invoices or other documents or information published by Dcshopee on its website shall be corrected, and Dcshopee shall not bear any responsibility.

3. Orders and specifications

3.1 The buyer can place an order on the platform to fill in the order to purchase goods, and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the order. All orders shall be accepted by the seller at its sole discretion. Each order accepted by the seller constitutes a separate contract and is deemed irrevocable and unconditional after being transmitted through the platform. Dcshopee has the right (but not the obligation) to process such orders without the buyer's further consent. Nevertheless, you can request cancellation or modification of the order, and Dcshopee shall use commercially reasonable efforts (but has no obligation) to make it effective.

3.2 Order acceptance and completion of the contract between the buyer and the seller will only be completed after Dcshopee has issued a confirmation to send the goods to the buyer. For the avoidance of doubt, Dcshopee reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order without providing any reason to the buyer before issuing the shipping confirmation. 4. Price

4.1 The price of the goods is the price indicated on the platform when the buyer places and fills out the order on the platform. The price includes any applicable sales and service tax, value-added tax or similar taxes that the buyer should pay to Dcshopee in addition to the price, but does not include shipping.

4.2 If the goods are incorrectly priced on the platform, the seller reserves the right to terminate the contract, where Dcshopee shall notify the buyer of the cancellation on behalf of the seller (if the seller is a third-party supplier) through the following methods to notify the buyer of the cancellation three days in advance. 5. Payment terms

5.1 The buyer has the right to pay for the goods using various payment methods provided on the platform. When the buyer places an order on the platform, the actual payment is only collected when the seller accepts the buyer's order and forms a contract. All payments should be paid to Dcshopee, whether in its own right or as the seller's agent (if the seller is a third-party supplier) to accept payment. The buyer acknowledges that Dcshopee has the right to collect payments from the buyer on behalf of the third-party supplier.

5.2 The terms and conditions applicable to all types of payment stipulated by Dcshopee on the platform apply to this contract. The payment method may also be subject to the following terms.

5.2.1 Credit Card

The credit card payment option is available to all buyers. Lazada accepts all Visa and MasterCards credit cards and enables 3D Secure (verified by Visa and guaranteed by MasterCard). All the buyer's credit card information is protected by industry-leading encryption standards.

5.2.2 Debit Card

5.2.3 Online Banking

If an authorized buyer decides to cancel his order twenty-four (24) hours after the relevant order is confirmed and before shipment, Dcshopee shall have the right to charge at least 15% of the total purchase price. If the authorized buyer’s credit card account is cancelled, any unpaid portion of the purchase price of the related purchased goods shall be due and payable immediately. 6. Delivery/Performance

6.1 The goods shall be delivered to the address specified by the buyer in the order.

6.2 Dcshopee reserves the right to subcontract all or any of its obligations to sell/deliver goods to any other party at any time, which may decide from time to time without notice to the buyer.

6.3 Any delivery date quoted is only an approximate date, and delays may occur. The time of delivery/performance is not critical, and Dcshopee is not responsible for any delays in delivery or performance.

6.4 If the seller fails to deliver the goods in accordance with the contract or within a reasonable time, the buyer shall request performance within a specified time thereafter by sending a written notice to Dcshopee, and the specified time shall not be less than 14 days. If Dcshopee fails to do so within the stipulated time, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract and request a refund for the undelivered goods.

8.1 Even after the buyer requests a refund in accordance with Article 6.4 above, the goods have been delivered to the buyer, and the buyer shall notify Dcshopee immediately. The property of the goods shall not be transferred to the buyer. The buyer shall act as the agent and trustee of Dcshopee to hold the goods and separate the goods from the buyer’s goods. Dcshopee has the right to request the buyer to deliver the goods to Dcshopee at any time. If it does not comply, Dcshopee reserves the right to take legal action against the buyer to deliver the goods, and reserves the right to seek damages and all other expenses, including but not limited to legal costs against the buyer.

6.5 If the buyer fails to pick up the goods (except for any reason beyond the buyer’s reasonable control or due to the seller’s fault), without affecting any other rights or remedies available to Dcshopee, Dcshopee may:

6.5.1 Sell the goods at the best price that is easily available, and (after deducting all reasonable storage and sales costs) explain to the buyer the part that exceeds the contract price, provided that the price has been paid in full with the liquidation funds or received by the buyer any less than The difference in the contract price; or

6.5.2 Terminate the contract and demand compensation for damages.
